Due to being unable to fully staff the restaurant, Maya regrets to inform that until further notice, the restaurant will no longer be able to be open for lunch.
Dinner service begins at 5:00 PM (last tables to be sat by 6:00 PM to ensure proper service and leave time for our staff)
Sunday & Monday – Closed
To dine-in reservations are still required, and must be placed a day in advance or same day NO later than 10:00 AM for all parties of any size
It makes us very sad to not be able to accommodate everyone due to our limited space, especially for those whom travel from outside the Springs to get here, so please adhere to the reservation policy posted above to ensure you are able to dine with us. For those who walk-in without a reservation please be understanding and respectful.
**PICKUP ORDERS MUST PLACED BY 2PM at the LATEST for dinner.
We want to ensure all who come are welcome and eat, but we prep based on reservations and expectations of need, so when food runs out kitchen will close, so please plan ahead.

Chef Maya was born in Mayagudo . Ethiopians are comprised of distinctly different people, depending on the province in which one resides. They speak different dialects and have different cuisines, music, and dance. The national language is Amharic, followed by Oromo though not all Ethiopians speak it.
